This machine is designed for time cost saving in mould proving operations. Upon the condition of spotting work, the technician can fit the mould faying face safely and precisely. We have 2 different series of die spotting machine in our production line: Four column series and Large Frame series.
Four column series has a semi-automatic machine (DFM0806-50S) that the lower work table is manual control; it is a simple and reliable operation for small-size mould. This series also has DFM1007-75S & DFM1310-100S that is fully automatic.
In the Large Frame series, all models are fully automatic that controlled by PLC. The design is equipped with all safety features like: safety bar, emergency stop buttons and safety light curtain. Our largest model is DFM3020-500, the maximum pressing capacity is 500 ton and the work table size is 3000x2000mm. |
