This high efficient machine is mainly for drilling water coolant holes and guide pin holes. Our deep hole drilling machine is at least 6 times faster than the ordinary drilling machine and the precision is much more accurate.

The patent design of dual function in milling and deep hole drilling is best suited for mould making, machinery manufacturing and automotive industries, etc. We have 3 different series in Deep Hole Drilling Machine: S-series (standard CNC control), M-series (CNC control and equipped with ram) and ME-series (equipped with ejector drill system). The standard drilling diameter is from 3-35mm and with ejector drill diameter is from 18.4-65mm. The depth can reach up to 1500mm, x-axis travel up to 3000mm, y-axis travel up to 1500mm and maximum loading capacity is up to 15 ton.

With these specifications, this machine design is best suited for large work piece. Based on user friendly and reliability, we have equipped with Fanuc control in our entire CNC machines series.
