Since many years, WIM has always maintained the leading position on R&D and manufacturing deep hole drilling machine.  In order to demonstrate our company strength and advanced technology, we have spent one and a half years of concentration on R&D to develop the first compound angle drilling machine.  Coordinate Advance Milling And Drilling Machine is the first one in Asia.  It is located with indexing work table built-in encoder.  Additionally, the spindle can be clockwise 15°, counterclockwise 25°.  Based on this advanced design, the machine can be easily to drill an inclined hole on a complicated mould piece by one button.

      Nowadays, the demand of coolant hole machining becomes higher and higher.  Moreover, it takes a lot of time to finish, though it’s not a difficult machining technology.  But our universal CNC deep hole drilling machine provided a solution to this difficult problem, for it’s able to improve machining efficiency to the biggest extent, especially fit for machining of lamp mould, large bumper and precision mechanical parts.
